IR Planner

Terms of Use

Effective 6 July 2026

1. What IR Planner is — and is not

IR Planner is a reference tool for trained medical professionals. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and must not be used as the sole basis for any clinical decision. Always verify device compatibility and sizing against the manufacturer's current Instructions for Use (IFU) and your own clinical judgment.

Device specifications and sizing tables in the app are compiled from publicly available manufacturer information and may contain errors or be superseded by newer revisions.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use IR Planner. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Credits & Account → Delete Account), which permanently removes your data.

3. Credits and subscription

4. Acceptable use

You may not reverse-engineer the app, scrape or redistribute its device database, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

5. Disclaimer of warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including clinical outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
