Common questions

How do credits work? New accounts start with 10 free credits. Each EVAR sizing calculation uses 1 credit. Compatibility checking is always free. You can buy more credits or subscribe to IR Planner Pro for unlimited sizing.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription? On your device, go to Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.

How do I restore a purchase? Open Profile in the app and tap “Restore Purchases.”

How do I delete my account? Open Profile in the app and tap “Delete Account,” or email us to request deletion.
